Matt Ricehouse defeated Ryan Couture by unanimous decision friday night in Kent, WA on Strikeforce. Matt looked damn impressive. He was calm, collected, very poised, and for the most part stalked Couture the whole fight. Matt is still young, and has so much promise. Keep training hard, and more importantly, smart. We're all proud of you Matt!
Please everyone tune in to Showtime tomorrow evening to support Matt Ricehouse in his Strikeforce fight against Ryan Couture (son of Randy Couture). He is the Co-Main Event has trained VERY HARD. It's rare to see an athlete come into the gym everyday with absolute target lock in their eye's. Those coaches who are lucky enough to know what that look is like, know what I'm talking about, and how incredible it is to train them.

Below are some photos of our recent Olympic Weightlifting Clinic, that was held Saturday, and instructed by Derrick Johnson and Darren Barnes. Both were extremly helpful and we plan on doing this again soon. Covered this time was the Snatch and several accessory lifts. A huge thank you to Derrick Johnson and Darren Barnes!
